Learn to make your own limoncello. #Alfoodie Cultural Experience will provide you with the lemons, the alcohol, the bottle and the class where you will each make your own 1/2 litre bottle of limoncello along with Me. The class will also include 4 course dinner wine, water and of course limoncello!
Each participant will leave with their very own 1/2 litre bottle of the beginnings of a delicious limoncello. Instructions will be provided to finish your own at home after 30 days of waiting for the zest to ferment in the alcohol.
The winner of the Alfoodie “name in the hat” raffle will also get their very own 1/2 litre bottle of a completed limoncello that Alfonso has already made.
